Within Huppla Pasa Tisc (HPT), a member of Corporate Sector Authority (CSA), we use a mission-based system. Each mission will earn merit points as well as other activities (recruitment, being active in the faction, gaining additional business for HPT and/or CSA, etc.). These points go towards your rank with the company and CSA.
If you earn your way up to Technician, for example, and you want to transfer to CSA, then an equivalent rank in their structure is given to you based on the amount of merit points earned.
Rank Level 10: Manager - Overview
The Manager is the last ranking non-commissioned officer in the Corporation, and the first individual tasked with passing assignment to lesser ranked individuals. The Manager has the full authority over in-system or in-hub enforcement of regulations in regards to tax or other territory administrations. In a way, the Manager is also called the CSA Tax Collector.
Duties also assigned to the Manager are to ensure sufficient export of produced entities to CSA Trade hubs in relation to their given work area, and to facilitate the tasking of their lesser ranked team members to the growth of the Corporation. Often, they are called to assist in the establishment of new territory to the Corporation, therefore they work directly with their lesser-ranked counterparts very frequently.
