Within Huppla Pasa Tisc (HPT), a member of Corporate Sector Authority (CSA), we use a mission-based system. Each mission will earn merit points as well as other activities (recruitment, being active in the faction, gaining additional business for HPT and/or CSA, etc.). These points go towards your rank with the company and CSA.
If you earn your way up to Technician, for example, and you want to transfer to CSA, then an equivalent rank in their structure is given to you based on the amount of merit points earned.
Rank Level 1: Apprentice - Overview
Upon passing the crucible to which is the 'Recruit', accepted employees that have passed through probation move to the 'Apprentice' Level.
Apprentices are individuals that have shown talent and intelligence in grasping CSA as a whole. The Apprentice, as seen in CSA, is not apprenticing to a specific role within the company, but is apprenticing to the entirety of the Conglomerate. They take on tasks to which are necessary to the growth of the Corporation. In this way, it can be said that Apprentices have 'Everyone and No One' as a boss. They are often judged on the willingness of taking on various tasks, and their motivation to succeed.
Whereas the tasks Recruits are given are routine, Apprentices take on more specific tasks. They begin to understand more of how the Corporation works, and urged to continue their knowledge of CSA Business practices and lore. They are considered upper graduate-esque employees. They begin to hone their talents within the Corporation, as well, and at this level, the rewards of being an employee of the Conglomerate have begun.
